ImobMaster is led by partners Karina Lourenço and Rodrigo Lourenço, with 16 and 18 years of experience, respectively. Rodrigo has served as sales director and commercial director in companies such as Abyara and developers like Jacy, Kaslik, and Constrac. Both have established careers across different markets, including Angra dos Reis, the São Paulo coastline, and key cities in the interior.

Besides their market performance, both are also recognized authors. Karina Lourenço is co-author of the book Extraordinary Women of the Real Estate Market, and Rodrigo Lourenço co-authored the work Commercial Management.
