11. Data Collected via Social Authentication (Google)
When using the Google sign-in feature, Date a Home exclusively collects the following data from the User's profile, with their express consent:
- Full name — for identification and account personalization on the Platform.
- Email address — as the unique account identifier and service communication channel.
- Profile photo — for display as the User's avatar on the Platform, when available.
Date a Home does not access, store, or use the User's Google account password. No contacts, calendars, Google Drive files, or any other User data beyond those listed above are requested or accessed.
Data obtained via Google is treated with the same level of security and confidentiality applied to all personal data on the Platform, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
The User may revoke Date a Home's access to their Google account at any time through their Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of data obtained via Google, see section 8 of this Policy.
12. Google Calendar Integration
The Date a Home Platform offers integration with Google Calendar to allow real estate professionals to schedule and manage online meetings (Google Meet) directly through the Platform. This functionality facilitates scheduling property visits, client meetings and other professional interactions.
12.1. Data Collected
When the user authorizes the Google Calendar integration, the Platform may access the following data:
- Calendar information (name, time zone);
- Calendar events (title, date, time, attendees, video conference link);
- Time slot availability.
12.2. Access Scopes Used
To enable this functionality, the Platform requests access to the following Google Calendar API scopes:
- google.com/auth/calendar: Allows viewing, creating, editing and deleting the user's calendars, required to manage availability and create meeting events.
- google.com/auth/calendar.events: Allows viewing, creating, editing and deleting events on the user's calendar, required to create online meetings with Google Meet link and send invites to attendees.
12.3. Legal Basis
Processing of Google Calendar data is performed based on the user's explicit consent (Art. 7, I of the LGPD), granted at the time of OAuth 2.0 authorization.
12.4. Storage and Retention
Date a Home does not permanently store Google Calendar data. Data is accessed in real time only when needed for the meeting scheduling functionality. Basic metadata of meetings created by the Platform (such as event ID, date and attendees) may be stored for history and meeting management purposes.
12.5. Sharing
Google Calendar data is not shared with third parties, except:
- With meeting attendees (information needed for the invitation);
- With Google, as required for the API to function;
- When required by court order or competent authority.
12.6. Security
Communication with Google APIs is exclusively performed via HTTPS with OAuth 2.0 access tokens. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted. The Platform uses only the minimum scopes necessary for the functionality.
12.7. User Rights
Regarding Google Calendar data, the user has the right to:
- Revoke access at any time;
- Request information about which data was accessed;
- Request deletion of stored metadata;
- Contact privacy@dateahome.com.br to exercise their rights.
12.8. Use Limitations
Date a Home commits to:
- Not use Google Calendar data for advertising or marketing purposes;
- Not share the user's calendar data with third parties not involved in the meeting;
- Not access or store information about events unrelated to the Platform;
- Use data only for the purposes described in this section;
- Fully respect the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12.9. Authorization and Revocation
Access to Google Calendar is optional and requires explicit user authorization via Google OAuth 2.0. The user can revoke access at any time through their account settings on the Platform or directly in the Google account security settings. Revoking access does not affect the use of other Platform functionalities.
12.10. Compliance with Google Policies
Date a Home's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
14. Meta Lead Ads Integration (Facebook and Instagram)
The Date a Home Platform offers integration with Meta Lead Ads (Facebook Lead Ads and Instagram Lead Ads) so real estate professionals automatically receive in our CRM the leads generated by their ad campaigns on Meta. The integration is performed exclusively via official Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs, with explicit consent from the account holder granted during the authentication process (OAuth 2.0).
14.1. Data Collected
When the user authorizes the integration, the Platform may access:
- List of Facebook Pages administered by the user (id, name, category);
- List of Instant Forms on the selected Pages;
- Lead data submitted via Instant Form (name, email, phone, and other fields filled in by the lead);
- Campaign, ad and ad-set metadata associated with the lead (campaign_id, campaign_name, ad_id, ad_name, adset_id, adset_name);
- Business Manager identifiers when the user connects via business portfolio.
14.2. Access Scopes Used
The Platform requests the following scopes from Meta's Graph API:
- pages_show_list: list Pages administered by the user;
- pages_read_engagement: read Page metadata;
- pages_manage_metadata: subscribe to the leadgen webhook on selected Pages;
- pages_manage_ads: access to the Marketing API for Lead Ads;
- leads_retrieval: read data of leads submitted via Instant Forms;
- ads_read: read campaign/ad metadata for attribution;
- business_management: access to business portfolio assets.
14.3. Purpose of Data Use
Data obtained via Meta Lead Ads is used exclusively to:
- Create lead records in Date a Home's CRM;
- Automatically assign leads to the sales funnel and broker defined by the user;
- Notify the responsible user (in-app notification, email and inbox);
- Maintain lead origin history (campaign, ad, ad set) for ROI analysis.
14.4. Legal Basis
Processing is based exclusively on the explicit consent granted by the account holder during the OAuth 2.0 authorization process (Art. 7, I of the LGPD; Art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR).
14.5. Storage and Retention
Access tokens (user token and page access token) are stored encrypted via AES-256-GCM, with a key managed exclusively by Date a Home. Lead data is kept while the user's account is active and until the lead requests deletion. Upon revocation of the integration or deletion request, data is removed within 3 business days.
14.6. Data Sharing
Date a Home does not sell, share or make available data originating from Meta Lead Ads to third parties, except:
- With Meta Platforms itself, as necessary for technical API operation;
- When required by court order or competent authority;
- When the user expressly opted into sync with an external CRM via explicit configuration.
14.7. Access Revocation
The Meta Lead Ads integration can be deactivated by the user at any time:
- Directly within Date a Home (Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads → Disconnect);
- Or via Facebook at facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
14.8. Complete Data Deletion
To request complete deletion of data originating from Meta Lead Ads, the user can:
- Trigger the "Delete account" button in the Platform settings;
- Request via Meta's automated endpoint (Data Deletion Callback), which processes the request in real time;
- Contact privacy@dateahome.com.br.
14.9. Compliance with Meta Policies
Date a Home fully complies with the Meta Platform Policies and the Developer Platform Terms, including the specific restrictions for using Lead Ads and the Marketing API.
