Senna Tower (previously known behind the scenes as Triumph Tower) is an ultra-luxury real estate project in Balneário Camboriú, SC, designed to become the tallest residential skyscraper in the world. The development is a partnership between FG Empreendimentos and the Senna brand, with a concept signed by visual artist Lalalli Senna, Ayrton Senna’s niece.
Height: The building will stand 544 meters tall across 157 floors.
Wind-Resistance Technology: As a supertall, the structure will use advanced damping technology (with a giant sphere/TMD) to mitigate sway caused by strong winds. The tower is designed to withstand winds of up to 250 km/h.
Sustainability: It will be the world’s first supertall residential tower to pursue LEED Platinum, the highest rating for sustainable buildings.
The residential tower will offer several high-end layouts, all with full ocean views:
204 Luxury Apartments: Up to 400 m² (with 5 suites).
18 Sky Mansions: Ranging from 420 m² to 563 m², including an exclusive car elevator, allowing residents to park their vehicle inside the unit itself.
4 Duplex Penthouses: Approximately 600 m².
2 Triplex Mega Penthouses: 903 m².
Leisure and Public Attractions
The condominium will feature more than 6,000 m² of leisure space spread across 6 private floors. In addition to the exclusive residents’ area, Senna Tower will include public attractions, such as:
Ayrton Senna Immersive Space: A museum with original items from the driver and simulators.
Indoor Kart Track: A professional karting circuit.
Gastronomic Center and Observation Deck: Fine-dining restaurants and elevated viewing areas.
Suspended SPA located 212 meters above ground.
Expected Delivery: Foundation works are scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025, with completion and key handover expected between 2033 and 2035.
In the Senna Tower project, the layout of bedrooms, suites, and bathrooms varies according to the residential unit type:
Suites/Bedrooms: 5 suites per apartment. Since all primary rooms are designed as suites, the number of bedrooms and suites is the same.
Bathrooms: They typically feature 6 or more bathrooms (5 en-suite bathrooms plus 1 powder room for guests, in addition to a possible staff bathroom).
Suites/Bedrooms: Layouts ranging from 5 to 6 suites, depending on the floor plan and size (from 420 m² to 563 m²).
Bathrooms: Approximately 7 to 8 bathrooms in total (including suite bathrooms, a powder room, and internal leisure/service areas).
Suites/Bedrooms: Highly customizable layouts offering 6 to 8 suites.
Bathrooms: May exceed 9 bathrooms per unit, considering the expansive private leisure areas of these penthouses (which include terraces and exclusive pools).
Note: All units at Senna Tower are designed with the “full-suite” concept, ensuring that every primary bedroom has its own private bathroom.
