Moura Dubeux acquired the traditional Pestana Bahia Hotel in Salvador. (Formerly the Le Meridien Hotel)
The area will receive a new real estate complex composed of residential and mixed-use projects.
According to the developer, the project will feature a complete retrofit of the existing building, which will be renamed “Salvador 220”.
The development will consist of 438 units dedicated to lodging, living, working, leisure, and convenience.

The property has approximately 38,000 square meters of built area on a lot of more than 30,000 square meters. The company has informed that it already holds approval permits to execute the projects.
