Canto Mar

Canto Mar is located in a true sanctuary, a place where the sea meets poetry, history intersects with trends, and nature and culture contemplate each other. All of this in a corner, on a peninsula, in a privileged area overlooking the blue. This is where the first Circo Voador emerged, and here lives the statue of Tom Jobim. “Highlighting the virtuous encounter between nature and the urban, Canto is evoked. Situated in a privileged place, the land, with unconventional structures for residential buildings, was the starting point to develop the project. The concept is based on coexistence, the same principle of living organisms that are born, integrate, and adapt to the preexisting, giving new life to the territory. Canto Mar, with views of greenery, the city, and the sea, features horizontal lines with large staggered balconies, allowing greater privacy and framing of the view.
